What a wonderful time we had today seeing our long time friends The "S" family! We met Zac and Annie back in 1993 when we became neighbors and friends in Roseville, CA. Kate was only 3 then and back then Zac and Annie were in their pre-kids days and they just fell in love with Kate! They would often have her over for sleep overs or would baby sit her for us. The three of them had a very special connection so when we had Katelyn baptised at 8 years old we chose them to be her Godparents.
Since that time we have all gone our seperate ways with The S family now living in the Minnesota and us here in SoCal. Zac and Annie have also since had children and they have two beautiful kiddos. Jillian is 11 and Andrew is almost 6. When Andrew was baptised at 2 years old we were asked to be his Goparents which we were happy to do of course.
They were in the area this week as they took the kids to Disneyland so they carved out a few hours for us today so we could get together for an extended lunch in Orange.
